Default cabbage casserole

I've been tinkering with a cabbage casserole recipe. I use a head of
cabbage (of course) shredded, a medium onion shredded and a large bell
pepper sliced fine,a lb to 1.5 lbs of hamburger, a pkg cream cheese , a
pkg of taco seasoning, a splash of red wine vinegar and salt and pepper.

I fry up the onions and bell pepper till nicely softened, I fry up the
hamburger till cooked. I combine the two and put in a deep dutch oven
with the cabbage. I cube up the cream cheese and add it to the rest and
then add everything else. Put the lid on the dutch oven and bake for
about a hour. I stir everything well at about the 1/2 hour mark.

This sounds iffy but tastes kinda like chinese mexican fusion food.
