Default Its melon season!

Hi All,

It is melon season! Easy to prepa all you
have to do it cut them open and remove the seeds.

They are almost impossible to burn too. What ?!?!
No, I have never burned a melon!

Note: glycemic load = carbohydrates x glycemic index ÷ 100

Melons, cantaloupe, raw:

1 cup balls
15.6 grams carbs
Glycemic Load ~5

Watermelon, raw:

1 cup balls
11.6 grams carbs
Glycemic Load ~3

Honeydew, raw:

1 cup balls
16.1 grams carbs
Glycemic Load ~4

If you are doing the drug free "ancestral diet" thing, the
recommendation for the day is:

15 grams carbs max per meal
60 grams carbs max per day (30 while healing)
10 glycemic load total per day

Enjoy! Don't over do it! You can eat a half cup with a load
of around 2.
