I haven't made them in about a century, but I alway added Colman's mustard
powderto really give them a hot devilled tste, along with some mayo, salt
adn pepper with, of course, paprika on the top for decoration. No recipe,
but watch the mustard powder, as a little will go a long way. Without
that, they are just hardboiled eggs with mashed yolks.

Wendy-30 years a diabetic and I do eat moderate amounts of carbs adn
grains adn , interestingly, am still alive and kicking. tomorrow I run a
clothing drive as I have been doing for the last 30 yeears adn intend to
do for quite a few more. we collected 8730garbage bags of clothing last
Spring and expect about the same for this one.

We all have to find what floats our own boat as far as how we deal with
our diabetes and how we run our lives.
