Tried a new food today.
 

We ate at our favorite taqueria and they have a condiment bar. They had a
big vat of carrots mixed with some hot peppers. They were delish! Not sure
how they made them. Texture was somewhere between raw and cooked. They had
a slightly pickled flavor and a hint of heat. I have tried pickled carrots
before and didn't like them. But I did like these.
