It has too much vinegar to my taste. Make your own:

1 medium tomato, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
fresh jalapeno (or sweet) pepper (to taste), seeded and chopped
2 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
juice of 1 lime
Optional: chopped tomatillo to taste
