Open face tuna melt
 

It's what we're having for dinner. Haven't had one in years! I asked
Angela if she wanted hers made open face or with two pieces of bread put
together. She then acted horrified and said, "No! I don't want a tuna FACE
on my sandwich!" I guess she has never had an open faced sandwich before.

Eaten daintily with a knife and fork....

I used to have open sandwiches for lunch for a while after diagnosis but
eventually bg's worsened and had to drop them for a while. But I enjoyed
a plate of protein and salad better, as it turned out.
