Car (and motorcycle) wrecks are always fun, Lee. Glad you're OK enough to
post.

I sleep around ten hours, about 1 or 2 hours at a time. I wake up, turn
over and go back to sleep. Sometimes, I'm awakened by SEVERE leg cramps.
Jun and I massage and rolf my legs and I walk with her assistance to end
the agony.

i hate to say 'take a med' but......... if you are having PTSD from the
accident, the SOONER you address this, the more likely for a full recovery

Hopefully it will work out for you. Can't solve a problem you don't know
about Or if not solve, at least find a workable compromise.

I've read that adding more potassium to your diet can also help.
Most of the salt substitutes are suitable for this.

I'm sorry to hear it Lee, you have enough stress going on without this.
Thankfully, you're both OK, and the rest...well, there's nothing for it but
to get through it. :-(

Sorry to hear this. When we had our car wreck clse to 5 years ago. Syd
had fallen asleep at the wheel and we went off the road into a ditch.
Neeither of us was seriously injured, but in the hospital for several days
with assorted stuff. It lead to Syd's no longer being allowed to drive(
the State required an MD's OK to unsuspend his liscense and we never enen
asked either of his MDs, a he knew he would not risk it. We were
fortunatle that we took no other car with us.

It meant that there was no driver any more in the family so we began our
system of using th ebus and hiring people or gettign friends to pick us
up. Cumbersome in the summer when we used the little drip-dry ouse in
Margaretville, but soable, and no prblem in the city. It can be life
changing and psychologically very difficult.

I sincerely hope that you and your husband work out the issues regardign
health and driving that you may have and continue to enjoy your life, even
with MORE adjustments. Lord, but you have enough that you have gone
trhough!
