I have been wanting to try this and finally found it today. I got the diet
version of course. Sadly there are 3g of carbs per can. So I won't be having it often. It's very good! Tastes just like cranberry juice but fizzy. I never liked most juices but I do like cranberry juice. I remember when the Dr. thought I might have GD. I was flying back to WA from MA and was simply told to not have any sugar. Then when my flight was cancelled, they flew me first class to Chicago, put me up in a hotel and gave me a free breakfast. So what did I have? A full stack of pancakes with syrup of course and a large glass of cranberry juice. No sugar in those things. Right? My parents were frequently going on a sugar free diet and to them sugar means that white powdered or granular stuff. So that's what I thought it meant too. Ha! |

what i can't remember is what size, we purchase for our business from both
sams and costco, so i do get confused as to which has what and the sizes carried... you would be shocked if you knew how many sizes of say something like an ordinary candy bar or potato chip comes in... so because there are so many and we are getting lots older, we flat out keep a list of brand/flavor/size/ and which stores have the size we want, much easier... Lee Yes. The dance studio had some snacks and drinks that they said they bought at Costco and I could never find them. Then it dawned on me that they were getting them delivered from the business Costco and not the one that we shopped at. My parents normally go to the business one because it is close to their house. So we finally went there. |

if you are interested in a particular product, with costco, gather the
pertinent info, and go to the desk, they can tell you yes or no and if another one does/did carry it, its a very nic e service, and btw, they have the cheapest duplicate checks in the world, ... check the online site for items as well, if you bring them a list of items from the site, they can tell you same, yes/no, and the closest one to you that does carry it, Lee "Julie Bove" > wrote in message ... > > "Storrmmee" > wrote in message > ... >> what i can't remember is what size, we purchase for our business from >> both sams and costco, so i do get confused as to which has what and the >> sizes carried... you would be shocked if you knew how many sizes of say >> something like an ordinary candy bar or potato chip comes in... so >> because there are so many and we are getting lots older, we flat out keep >> a list of brand/flavor/size/ and which stores have the size we want, much >> easier... they absolutely can, wether they will or not is up to them, in fact they
have a computer system and if you have the sku no or an accurate name description it goes in and says yes/no, when the house burnt, we were able to get a list of evry single item we bought since our membership started, don't let them say no... the only reason they "can't" is because they "won't their store computers are all tied together... and the operator of the console has to be smart enough to do it, Lee "Julie Bove" > wrote in message ... > > "Storrmmee" > wrote in message > ... >> if you are interested in a particular product, with costco, gather the >> pertinent info, and go to the desk, they can tell you yes or no and if >> another one does/did carry it, its a very nic e service, and btw, they >> have the cheapest duplicate checks in the world, ... check the online >> site for items as well, if you bring them a list of items from the site, >> they can tell you same, yes/no, and the closest one to you that does >> carry it, Lee > > Well they sure can't do that here! They have only told me things like that they used to stock something but they didn't know if they would get it again. |

now they can't know if it will return, because, according to the console
jockey, that ordering is done by the buyers/brokers, and often something will be discontinued then return in another form,.. one example to mind is sun dried tomatoes, first purchased they were in a jar, and packed in oo, then by the time we wnanted to purchase again they were gone, we hadn't found out about the computer stuff and the stocker said he remembered them but they were gone now... a couple of isles later there were the sun dried tomatoes, in a resealable bag and no oil but still the kirkland brand... another that springs to mind is the mango nectar they sell, first time i got it it was in two containers and a bit over a gallon but split into the two jugs, when we returned to get more, that packaging was gone, but there it was sme brand but in a gallon jug... i was a bit annoyed because it takes me so long to drink any kind of juice, but i bought it, it was in fact a few cents an ounce cheaper and i did get it used up before it went bad. I've found unsweetened cranberry juice, but only at Trader Joe's. Rather strong tasting. |
