"Apple pie" and "Strawberry jam"
 

Take an apple, cut it up with or without the peel as you like into a
small bowl

Sprinkle with cinnamon and a packet of splenda

Nuke it in your microwave for about a minute.

Stir, then allow it to cool down a bit and eat.
