"Breading"
I tried breading some chicken breasts with freshly grated Parmesan
cheese and a little almond flour (from the freezer). I put a few spoonsful of marinara sauce on the bottom of a glass dish and topped the 2 pieces of chicken with a little more (about 1/4 cup in total for 2 servings) Topped with shredded cheeses and baked in the toaster/convection oven. Served with sauteed spinach and mashed cauliflower. Good dinner! -- Janet Wilder Way-the-heck-south Texas Spelling doesn't count. Cooking does. |
