Default Tonight's dinner.

We got home late tonight. Took Angela back to the Dr. because her foot is
some better but she has new pains and it is obviously not healed. This Dr.
thinks it is plantar fasciatis. Now that we know what she is dealing with,
perhaps it will heal.

Anyway... Stopped at Central Market where Angela got a cooked chicken
breast with lemon and rosemary. She also got coleslaw and potato salad from
the salad bar.

I got some things from the salad bar. Added my own shredded iceberg lettuce
and Mexican cheese. Topped it with some taco sauce that I purchased. The
sauce is waaaay too tame for my tasted. But it's okay. Also made two bean
tacos with some tortillas made of corn and wheat and added some lettuce,
tomato and cheese.

Picked up some crisp taco shells for a future date. Angela has been wanting
spaghetti tacos. They eat them on the show called ICarly. The older
brother invented them. Does not sound at all appealing to me and no doubt
too many carbs. The sauce (with meat in it) might be good in a taco shell
though. I might just try that. We shall see.

the dh has p/f the npr doc zorba pastur, sp has a page on his website as to
how to wrap your feet for this, dh hasn't done it yet but he said when he
looked at it it seemed to make sense, his got so bad that he had to crawl to
the bathroom in the morning. getting him prper fitting shoes and orthodics
did a treet for his pain... one of the weird symptoms of this is that unlike
most other foot pain its worse in the am when you first get up and eases
somewhat as the day goes on,... but as dh says... the difference between
excrutiating pain and just an ice pick in your heel doesn't do a lot for a
quality of life rating, Lee

Yes. I got ball of foot cushions for her. I just ordered two pairs of
orthotics. I will get her a new pair of shoes. I have ordered all kinds of
devices for stretching the feet.

They have been doing a lot of running in gym class. I think that is the
cause, moreso than dance. But I could be wrong.

When I looked it up online it did mention running as one cause. And this is
what I thought I remembered.
