Default Stir-Fried Green and Greener

Another recipe from the S-Mart folder.


2 TBS Olive Oil

7 garlic cloves sliced

1 chile pepper, minced (optional)

I head fresh broccoli, chopped

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 in. lengths

1 bunch Kale, stems removed, and chopped

1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, cut into thin strips

2 limes, juiced

1. In large wok or skillet, heat oil over high heat. Stir in garlic and
chile pepper, cook 2 min. stirring often.

2. Stir in broccoli and asparagus; cook 1 minute. Add kale; cook 2 minutes,
stirring often. Add sun dried tomatoes.
Pour in lime juice, season with preferred type of salt to taste. Serve
immediately.

per serving: 107 calories, 5g fat, 1g saturated fat, 0mg chol. 80mg sodium,
14g carb, 3g fiber, 5g protein.
