1 pound raw jumbo bay shrimp 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper cayenne pepper to taste 1/4 tsp salt 1 lemon, quartered Peel and devien shrimp leaving tails intact. Combine the shrimp and the next 7 ingredients (excluding lemon). Marinate in the fridge at least 1 hour. Cook the shrimp in a non stick frying pan over med high heat, turning once for 4 to 8 minutes. Brush the shrimp with remaining marinade before turning. serve with the lemon quarters. -- Last year's nuts must go. - Michael Odom |
