Default Bryer's ZERO CARB Ice Cream

Well Bryer's has finally done it.
Ice Cream with Zero Net Carbs.

Total carbs 9g
Dietary Fiber 3g
Sugar Alcohol 6g

Net Carbs 0g

Zero carbs and it tastes pretty good.

Well, the sugar alcohol may not exactly good.

SOME people metabolize it just like cars, and SOME people don't
metabolize it at all, with unpleasant consequences after it reaches the
intestines.

ROFLMAO!! I'm one of those that could fuel a whole fleet of buses
after too much sugar alcohols!

With all the other sweeteners available, why aren't they using more of
those? Why all the sugar alcohols in "sugar-free" stuff??

Probably just as good because even though the stuff is sugar free, it's
not *calorie* free and I could end up gaining weight just from the
excess calories....
