Hi,

I have a lot of green tomatoes & want to make chutney. Can I make chutney
with artificial sweetner rather than sugar ?

Thanks

K

Sure, here is a listing of quite a few of them. Good luck.

I would just warn you that without sugar it may be more suseptible to
mold and spoiling, so be careful to keep it frozen or at least
refrigerated after opening. I have this problem with the no-sugar adaded
jams that I make so I make them in smaller jars and refrigerate after
opening.

those containers that philidelphia cream cheese comes in are perfect for
freezer jam/etc
:)
keep the batch size small as freezer jams/etc don't last very long once
opened
