Looks good. I would swap half the apple for avocado and use craisins instead
or raisins. It is to be a sunny 23 c here on the Gold Coast, QLD today ;)
Every day is salad day! Yesterday I had seafood salad with a sort of
coleslaw mix (had cabbage but also some lettuces) and tabbouli.
