Diet Help

Good morning everyone--I just wanted to come and thank you all again for
your help-I went to my doctor yesterday she was estatic-10 lbs down from
when i went to her-told her how you all have helped me--specially
catching i was takeing in too many carbs--thanks so much between her
motivation and wonderful people like you i will lose 70 lbs for my
surgery--i have a lot to learn.God Bless you all
