You lost me with the cilantro and the Jalapenos but the rest sounds good.

To a lot of people, cilantro tastes like soap! It's genetic. A small amount
of Jalapeño might be worth trying, though. There are many Thai dishes and
sauces that combine sweet and hot. I like it for dipping chicken, too.

Yes, a small amount of Jalapeno would work for me, but I don't care much for
hot things in food. I like mild salsa, mild hot sauce, etc., not the hot
stuff, and cilantro is out of the question. I find it to be nasty tasting.

I'm one that can't eat allot of cilantro...and you know how I feel about to
much heat
