Chicken 'dinner'
 

10 AM FBG 101. 5:20 PM Before dinner BG 92. Wife went to work early today,
so I was on my own. Re-heated a fried chicken drumstick and some extra
skin. That's it! No sauce, no veggies. One hour PP BG 100. I'll get the
veggies when Jun gets home.
