That sounds real good, Evelyn. You should definitely drink some of that

Heh heh. In whites, I like Pinot Grigio, but I really prefer dry Sicilian
reds. I always taste any wine I'm going to cook with, to verify
palatabiliity, if nothing else.

I prefer BBQing large cuts of meat in a smoker, but your description
sounded good.
