foods that don't spike.?

Trying to make a list of different types of foods to buy that wont
make me bg spike.

I know we are all different and some foods will spike some people and
not others...

this would be just a guideline list that I could try...Anyone else who
may have some
suggestions maybe could add to the list if they wish... kind regards

on the list at the moment is...

Quaker Oats porridge. the large flakes.

fish... chicken.. lima beans... almonds.. turkey. steak.

sprouts, peanut butter. Bacon. eggs.

Alas, we're all different. Potatoes don't spike me. But they do spike
other people. In general, any carb laden foods can spike you. Foods that
are mostly protein and fat won't.

There's an example of YMMV - oats are just about the biggest spiker
for me! Lima beans are also a bit iffy...

You should be fine with any green veg; any protein; non-starchy veg
such as cauliflower. For the rest - test!
