Weight loss is very easy and I have done it several times ha ha

Few tips: Eat what you like but NOT (or low) carbs and you will see the result.
Start burning calories as much as you eat in the beginning
Start exercise and develop muscles while stop or decrease carbs
As muscles grow in your body; your body will start burning more calories
Note your weight will start loosing in one week. Keep it up and...
At the point you reach to normal weight increase carbs slowly in your food because your body will burning more and reach to a normal level. Here I guarantee that your stomach will not need as much as before.
But keep it up... don't stop exercise and good eating habits.
