Default Looking at a dual fuel stove

Generally, you pay a fairly large premium to go dual fuel over either
all-electric or all-gas. If your concerns are strictly economic, it's
highly unlikely you'd ever recover the premium in fuel savings over the
life of the appliance. If it's overall costs you're concerned about,
I'd decide whether you want an electric or a gas cooktop and then buy
either all-electric or all-gas depending on your preference.
