Default BlueStar vs. Wolf High End Ranges

I am in the process of buying a new range. I currently have a 36" wolf
with 4 burners and 1 grill dual fuel at my weekend house. It is a
fantastic piece of equipment. Some problems I have encountered:
1- the oven door is quite heavy (Of course, not for me, for my wife)
2- The grill is a pain in the ass to clean.
3- The simmer capabilites is not that great....it does not keep the
temp of the food constant.
4- It is more expensive than the bluestar.

I have read lots of good things about the Bluestar RNB. Rosengarden
and the NY times both clearly picked this as the best unit to cook
with. Here are some of the problems:
1- It is just not as pretty as the wolf -those red dials are the deal!
2- the company is very small and may not be around for the long haul (I
don't know if this is true?). What if they go out of business and my
range breaks?

The aesthetics thing I can get over, but the business possibly going
under would really bother me. Any suggestions?
