Who's got the best prices on Global or Shun knives
 

Tough to say. If you want sets, try ebay. If you want open stock, you may
have to reconsider what a "good" price is. The cost of steel has has gone
through the roof in the last few years, and anything made with steel has
become more expensive. Knives included.
