KAH customer service
I posted earlier that I ordered a Zoji breadmaker from King arthur
Flour, but it arrived damaged. They have indeed replaced it (replacement arrived yesterday), and will pay for the return of the bad unit, which went out today. New unit working beautifully, and am making Sally Lunn for breakfast tomorrow. Well done, KAH! Alex, who has no financial interest in KAH, but who loves a company that loves its customers.
