Default Scanpan stainless+aluminium+copper saucepans

Hi All,

I'm currently upgrading my kitchen stuff. I've just bought quite a
bit of the Scanpan titanium non-stick (black) cookware. I need three
(16+18+20) saucepans and am considering two Scanpan lines -

Scanpan Fusion 5
- Aluminium coated in stainless on interior and exterior. Approx $200
Australian.

Scanpan Fusion CS5
- Aluminium coated in stainless interior (as above) but with a copper
whole exterior. Look much cooler than the above but might be a pain
to clean the copper exteriors? Approx $280 Australian

Simply they both have aluminium inside and stainless on the interior
(cooking part) of the saucepan. The CS5 however has Copper on the
exterior and the other has stainless. These are on the web site
www.scanpan.com under products.

So my question is should I go the ones with copper on the exterior or
the stainless ones. Does anyone have experience with what cleaning is
needed for copper exteriored saucepans (I'm not too fussy on
appearance - just as long as they don't look too unsightly). Or are
there other brands I should be looking at?

Thanks,

Stewart
