Default Cookware Comparisons

Started shopping for new pots and pans. Doing a kitchen renovation and am
having the Wolf 36" DF Range installed. Saw a decent deal on All Clad LTD -
not the non-stick stuff though. I'm curious to hear opinions and read
different reviews regarding the All Clad vs Caphalon. Can someone point me
in the right direction? Or provide their own opinion?

Thanks,
Sandy K.

Use Google Groups to search this newsgroup and you'll find a wealth of
discussions on that very subject.
