Using Silvia as a coffeemaker?
 

Non-espresso that is...

The other night, we had company over and I was making coffee with press
pot.

A guest looked over at Silvia and asked, "Can't you just put drip grind
coffee in the espresso machine and use that to make coffee?"

Heck, I never thought of that. Have any of you used your espresso
machine with loosely packed coarse grind coffee in the portafilter
basket to make a cup of regular coffee?
