Default Is coffee good for expecting babies?

Coffee can affect an expecting mother, and mother's wellness will certainly affect her expecting babies. If a pregnant woman take much caffeinated beverage and food, she will be have some physical symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, headache, accelerating heartbeat and so on. Caffeine will be passed into unborn babies through placenta and influence fetal development. It increase the risk of abortion. Many doctors hold that 1 or 2 cups (each cup 6 ~ 8 ounces) of coffee, tea or carbonated beverage will do no harm to fetus. For good health care of both expecting mothers and babies, pregnant women are not advised to take caffeine drinks.
