Default Some technical espresso questions

Hi,
I've got a project on the go and need some details about expresso
machines, hopefully some of you will have the answers...

An espresso machine should deliver water at around 5bar (60 psi),
what is the ideal temperature of water and what volume of water should
we be delivering at 5psi (in litres/min or suchlike)?

Does anyone know what sort of piping diameter that would correspond
to?

Thanks
Dan

Dan, look at the following website and look in the 'Article" section, also
see the other sections of "Buying Guide" etc. I think you will gain a lot of
knowledge here.
good luck,
RD
