Default coffee bean roaster

I just saw a pop-corn popper that would serve as a coffee roaster, except
that it holds five liters. Roasting more than a pint or so of coffee at a
time seems to me counterproductive.

Is there a practical device of this kind available for coffee lovers? If
there is not an attractive electric one, can one still find the little
stove-top covered pans with an agitator inside. Fifty years ago, these
little roasters made many (maybe most) kitchens in Italy smell great.
