Fannie Mae closing?
Oh no! Just on the news:
The Fannie Mae candy company is closing its Chicago plant. First Marshal Fields stopped making its unique Frango Mints at the Chicago store, so the City of Chicago switched to Fannie Mae for its "official" chocolate (and FM came out with a darn good chocolate mint squares). Now FM is moving out. I'm going through chocolate withdrawl.. What next sacrilege? Will the Cubs move to Oklahoma? A depressing way to start the year. |
