Default Idea for Ireland's Smoking Ban and Bans in other Places

Maybe they should come out with beer that has tobacco in it to satisfy
customers who avoid establishments because of smoking bans?

That exists already. It's called Taboe, made by St. Christoffel brewery in
the Netherlands.
