Default Probably the best omelet I've ever had

On the charcoal grill. No joke.

(tip: no hot sauce, it will kill the flavor.)

It tasted so incredibly fresh! Used a garlic-pesto-monterey jack
cheese, and the rest; per recipe.
I get these "About" things all the time, and the grilling issues seem
to make some sense. This one I had to try, and am glad I did.
