You want me to give you MY recipe so you can SELL the product to your
customers. You make money, I get nothing.

Instead of making sausage, why not get a spell checker?

Well, you could ask for 20% or so commission. How to monitor those sales
are another challenge, though.

Most guys make gals instead of sausages...different strokes for different
folks, one would surmise.

This sausage was developed by myself and my late friend CMSgt Carl Sutter
(USAF Ret)
IIRC we ground up a fresh pork picnic. We filled a half cup measuring cup
with ground
pork seasoned the first one with just Emeril's Essence (Cajun seasoning). We
immediately
fried it up and tasted it. It was too bland by a mile, so we repeated the
process several
times adding additional seasoning in each patty. This is what we declared to
be good
sausage. It's better after it's refrigerated a few days. We didn't try
curing it or smoking it.

Add to 1/2 cup ground pork; (Butt or picnic will do nicely.)

1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Cilantro
1/4 tsp Fennel Seed.

Thank you for your response. I guess I wasn't clear enough, what I
meant by sausage recipes is not making sausage but cooking with
something else or salad maybe. I want people to realize that there is
so much you can do with sausage. If you don't want to help that is
fine. There is no need for hostility.

If you have a good idea you can email me at or jsut
psot your reply here.

Thank You Guys,
The sausage Guy
