Barbecue (alt.food.barbecue) Discuss barbecue and grilling--southern style "low and slow" smoking of ribs, shoulders and briskets, as well as direct heat grilling of everything from burgers to salmon to vegetables.

I can't comment on that, but for what it's worth (which may be nothing,
but I'll say it anyways just in case), I can comment on Big Chuck's
BBQ. It's about 80 miles west of Jeffersonville, out in the boonies in
a town called Lamar, Indiana. They have great ribs. The only problem
there is the pulled pork comes to your table pre-sauced, as I found out
the hard way.

Can't make that far of a side trip, thanks for the tip though.
