Your still here? I guess having no life makes you feel special.

Anyway, I go overnight with alot of crushed garlic, olive oil, some red wine vinager and
some Worcestershire. If you want toss in what ever herbs you may like.
I think the key is get the grill as hot as you can then throw the meat on,
just a few minutes a side and remember to cut against the grain
It works for me

In a pinch, a cheapo Italian dressing for at least 4 hours does very
nicely. Wishbone comes to mind. Just plain old Wishbone italian
dressing. Good if you don't feel like messing with a more complex
marinade recipe. Not the "creamy" stuff.
