Default Sparerib Brisket Bone (Rib Tips)

I Q'd some rib tips Monday as an appetizer. They took about 2 1/2
hours at 250°. I had rubbed them Sunday with the same rub I use for
spares. I turned them and mopped them once. They were very tasty and
tender. They did not dry out as I expected. The main meal was cooked
on the grill. The tips were just a snack.

The meat was good but there was just not much of it. I had fixed the
ribs earlier so this was the only thing on the smoker. Next time I
will cook them the at same time as the ribs and use them to keep
myself from getting too hungry while the ribs cook since they cook
much quicker.
