MMMM tasty Pork Chops..
semi marinade semi glaze ..
for two bone in or out pork chops about 1 inch think 2 table spoons liquid honey 2 table spoons soya sauce 1 table spoon Olive oil 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon minced ginger mix it all together and rub lighly into chops coat chops and leave at room temp for 1 hour turning occasionally (at least once) cook to taste.. mmmm yummy.. (personally next time I'll be adding more garlic but hey you can never have too much garlic) |

Worked out really well last night..
on a gas grill medium high heat no flare ups. the honey seems to give it the right consistancy to stick to the meat. |
