'Q review

I ate at the "new" 'Q place in town today. It's actually been open for
quite a while but I never could catch them open.

I had the smoked pork sandwich. Oh yum! It had nice size chunks and a good
mix of bark. They put sauce on it, it was a not too sweet tomato based
sauce. I didn't try any of the sides though. I'll do that next time.

The down side is it's a really tiny place and by 12:20 it was totally packed
with barely any standing room. On the other hand maybe that means they're
busy enough to stay in business. They're definitely staying on my lunch
list.

Review? You didn't even tell us the name of the place or the location.
Prices? Other offerings?

Can't wait for her other restaraunt reviews.

"Yuck, never go to the place I had lunch at today, I saw the cook spit in
someones soup! Too bad because it's a town favorite too."

" Had better luck last week at this other place. Great food, great people,
great prices, take your family there this weekend!"

lol

Picky, picky. It's a little place attached to Ehreshman Packing Co. in
Garden City. The "combo" I had was 5.06. It was a sandwich, one side and a
medium size drink. They had other stuff. I didn't really have time to
peruse the menu much since there was quite a line building up behind me. I
figured if they couldn't do pulled pork right there wasn't much reason to go
back and try anything else. Next time I'll go earlier.

It's not like I've never said where I live.

Kathy,

You know that one of the requirements of reporting on Q joints is
investigating exactly how he do they're Q'ing! (grin)

The type of cooker used, direct or indirect, are they actually using
logs and coals as a fuel source! Now get back out there and get the
dirt! (grin)
