Default Experimental Larding--Final stage

Drum roll, please! ;-)
It worked. Got some pretty rave reviews of which I'm proud considering
my "tasters" were all employees of the Florida Wildlife Commission ....
lots of venison cookers/eaters in the crowd. The Regional Director
liked it so well he promised to give be some backstrap for my efforts.
Hmmmmm....the future is all possibilities.
