Fortunately, we don't have to eat stuff like that any more. I rarely
use much sauce because a good minimalist rub gives all the flavor you
need. Salt, pepper, garlic is mostly what I use. Some of the 27
ingredient concoctions people use the flavors get lost in the crowd.
Sauce on the side.
