Barbecue (alt.food.barbecue) Discuss barbecue and grilling--southern style "low and slow" smoking of ribs, shoulders and briskets, as well as direct heat grilling of everything from burgers to salmon to vegetables.

Default Boiled BBQ Shank

I grabbed a big briscuit from the store the other day, called
"Brisket-for-Broil" and I accidentally boiled it instead. It seems
I...misread...this miso soup label.

The boiled version of BBQ is totally tastless unless you lab it up with
bregs sauce, maybe worst-er-shire sauce. Oh, the hurt~!

Steal enough looks from a Chinese authority pro and you'll find yourself
washing windows in LA. I'm just breathtaken.

Crass Load,
Hey PorkuPaint
