Barbecue (alt.food.barbecue) Discuss barbecue and grilling--southern style "low and slow" smoking of ribs, shoulders and briskets, as well as direct heat grilling of everything from burgers to salmon to vegetables.

Default Scotch Giblet Gravy

Often times I've made a giblet gravy that is simply to die for (insert
pompous British lady).

This involvement precedes the pompous British lady, and all her cohorts.
Simply add gravy, Worchester sauce, and any type of good scotch. And
there you have it!

Great Times,
BB
