Salmon smoking?
Darn, I can't find my link to my favorite recipe for Smoked Salmon.
I did some googleing, then realized I should be asking in AFB for suggestions. I recall my recipe required brining in seasalt for a day, with onions and perhaps garlic, but it's been a long winter and I'm no sure anymore. Any suggestions? Will be smoking 3lbs Salmon, two dry rubbed racks of ribs, and a dozen sausages tomorrow in my offset smoker? SUMMER IS BACK! ;-D -- Better living through smoking. |
