Barbecue Spare Ribs
4 lbs. of spare rib pieces
1 cup of hot chicken broth 3 tbsp. of honey 3 tbsp. of brown sugar 3 tbsp. of tomato ketchup 3 tbsp. of soy sauce 1 tsp. of salt 1. Combine honey, sugar, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chicken broth and salt and stir until thoroughly blended. 2. Marinate spare ribs in mixture for 2-3 hours (recommended to marinate overnight refrigerated). 3. Preheat oven to 325 degree F and bake spare ribs for 60-70 minutes; bast with marinade sauce occasionally until cooked. Note: Cook ribs over barbecue pit for smokey flavor.

What are "spare rib pieces"? If you marinate them overnight you will kill all that great pork rib flavor. OVEN????????? Cook ribs over a barbecue pit for smoky....WTF??? You joking right?
