Default Barbecue Spare Ribs

4 lbs. of spare rib pieces
1 cup of hot chicken broth
3 tbsp. of honey
3 tbsp. of brown sugar
3 tbsp. of tomato ketchup
3 tbsp. of soy sauce
1 tsp. of salt

1. Combine honey, sugar, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chicken broth and salt and stir until thoroughly blended.

2. Marinate spare ribs in mixture for 2-3 hours (recommended to marinate overnight refrigerated).

3. Preheat oven to 325 degree F and bake spare ribs for 60-70 minutes; bast with marinade sauce occasionally until cooked.

Note: Cook ribs over barbecue pit for smokey flavor.

flavor.
