Default Christmas menu changed

Well there have been some changes:

Prime or standing rib roast aged 3.5 days.

Yorkshire pudding just to **** with Kent has turned into why the hell
not?

Mexican shrimp cocktail. Shit caned because my son and I had it last
week.

Pan seared scallops. Removed because they are $18 a pound.

Manicotti-cheese. Changed to Ravioli per wife's request.

Italian sausage and neck bones.

Biscuits.

Almond butter. Already done.

Garlic butter. Already done.

Grilled romaine salad with tomato and mozzarella cheese and anchovies.

Smoked mesquite Brussel sprouts.

Grilled sweet corn. Only because the wife demands it and it is
supposed to be 40 degrees out on Christmas.

Baked sweet potatoes. Changed to roasted smashed and fired red
potatoes.

Crab soup. Canceled due to we just had it this week.

Hungarian croissant cookies. Dropped due to it is way too complicated
and I am getting lazy.

Pecan pie. Maybe.

Poached pears. Changed to grilled plumbs.

Home made whipped cream

Irish coffee. They ain't taking that away from me.

Added, 2 lobsters.
