I take a whole chicken (usually 3 or 4 depending upon the # of guests
invited), and cut it up into 10. 2 wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 thighes, 4 breasts. But I do the whole chicken first on the coals, over the coals. Then the cutting begins. You can cut first, and then grill if you like. I've done it that way, and found it to be cool. |
