Hi Mort,

I apologize that I came across as being serious about chastising you
about 'OT postings'. If your the Mort that has been on AFB for as long,
probably longer than myself I even more feel remorse that I offended you.

I was just thinking the other day about how much I miss so many of the
folks who regularly posted years and here i go making an ass out of
myself with you. Still haven't leart' how to express humor yet on
newsgroups.

Sheeshus. You're always either making an ass out of yourself or
apologizing. Why don't you just shut the **** up and be normal?

ObSmokedFood: Smoked Short Rib Sandwich coming you way in about 10
minutes. You know where to pick it up.

Be an ass and don't apologize?

Ended up cooking 60lbs of butt Sunday, first ones came off at 5+-
hours, last ones at 9 hours. Big difference between near the firebox
and not.

It works for me. But I'm a different type of ass. I'm not a
pussy-ass.

What, you don't have a camera? (liar!). I'll give you (or most
anyone else here) access to ABF if you/anyone needs an account to
use.

NIIIIIICE!!

I believe I could camp right next to the pit with a plate and be a
happy man with that kind of smoked goodness in front of me.

Great looking grub!

Once I determined swertz was (not joking) challenged. I scored him as
-9999 forever. I sincerely feel sorry for him, he has to be very
miserable in life. I hope he can find someone to help him.

I was just thinking about swertz in the same way. He has absolutely no sense
of self worth. He's without ego. In addition to his being miserable he's
obviously very lonely. He's smart. He knows a lot about cooking. I've picked
up a lot from his "how I do it" posts.
